Why Your Vehicle Was Referred for STAR Certified Smog Testing

You may have gotten a notice from the state to take your care to a STAR smog test or test and repair station and wondered what it meant. However, there is no reason for concern as this notice doesn't necessarily indicate anything seriously wrong with your car. What Does STAR Certified Mean?
